Parents of primary school age children - building better relationships parenting course- online

This parenting course will run at the same time, Wednesdays, 8-9.30pm, for 6 weeks via Zoom (with a break for half term).

26th Jan: Session 1 Introduction - participants’ frustrations, hopes and expectations

2nd Feb: Session 2 Psycho-Education or More Empathy, Less Stress

9th Feb: Session 3 Emotional Regulation

Half term

23rd Feb: Session 4 Effective Communication

2nd March: Session 5 Parenting styles and Drama Triangle

9th March: Session 6 Bringing it all together and conclusions

There will be a maximum of 8 participants on this online course. While there are a lot of new concepts being introduced, the course will aim to be as interactive as possible enabling invaluable discussion, sharing of experiences and ideas in the group or in pairs using breakout rooms. Participants will also benefit from guided imagery exercises.

The event fee per person is £120. Couples wishing to join will need to book two places for this course and each access the course on a separate device to facilitate breakout sessions.
