About this Event

ADHD Embrace will host the webinar, and will also give an overview of their own offer for parents supporting children with ADHD.

This will be followed by short presentations by:

Richmond Parent Carer Forum - with Claire Richmond (Chair)
Richmond Borough Mind - with Clare Taylor (Carers Service Lead), Gary Baker (Carers Support Worker)

There will also be a chance for Q and A with the speakers about their services.

About the organisations

Richmond Parent Carer Forum is an independent group run by parents for parents or carers of children/young people (aged 0 – 25 years) who have any form of special educational need or disability.

They receive core funding from the Department for Education and their purpose is to ensure that the voices of parents, children and young people are heard in the planning and implementation of SEND services in Richmond. They can also help you to access services and provide valuable peer support.

Richmond Borough Mind is rooted in the local community and exists to meet local mental health needs. Through their various projects, staff and volunteers, they provide high quality, individually tailored services so people can live full lives and be connected to other people in their communities.

RB Mind works with others – from small local community groups to the Mental Health Trust – to minimise the impact of mental health problems and in partnership aim to improve people’s experience of mental health services.
