  is about current leadership in inclusion and buil
 ding the everyday culture\, systems and relationsh
 ips that shape a child’s experience of school.</p>

 e beyond compliance and build sustainable\, lived 
 neuro-inclusive practice that supports both studen

 ed in practical leadership experience\, evidence-i
 nformed practice and honest reflection on what wor
 ks when standard approaches fall short. It is desi
 gned as a collaborative space for leaders to refle
 ct\, refine and strengthen their approach to inclu

 </h2>\n \n <p>Andrea Jensen\, NPQH\, MA (AHT for I
 nclusion & SENDCo)\, is currently SENCo at Kingsto
 n Academy and Paul Jensen\, NPQH\,  is Headteacher
  at Hillcroft School in Caterham\, a primary schoo
 l.  Prior to that Paul was Headteacher at Sunnydow
 n School for 11 years and deputy head at other spe
 cial schools in Kingston and Surrey at both primar
 y and secondary school.  Andrea worked with Paul i
 n his leadership team at Sunnydown.   </p>\n \n <h
