It is not abou t isolated interventions or one-off training\, but is about current leadership in inclusion and buil ding the everyday culture\, systems and relationsh ips that shape a child’s experience of school.

Andrea Jensen\, NPQH\, MA (AHT for I nclusion & SENDCo)\, is currently SENCo at Kingsto n Academy and Paul Jensen\, NPQH\, is Headteacher at Hillcroft School in Caterham\, a primary schoo l. Prior to that Paul was Headteacher at Sunnydow n School for 11 years and deputy head at other spe cial schools in Kingston and Surrey at both primar y and secondary school. Andrea worked with Paul i n his leadership team at Sunnydown.
