 diagnosed with ADHD\, they’re left wondering\, “Wh
 at now?” They often find it hard to make sense of 
 what ADHD means for them and how it affects their 
 everyday life.</p>\n \n <p>At ADHD Embrace\, we al
 ready run a very popular Post Diagnosis Workshop f
 or parents and carers\, which has helped families 
 feel more confident and supported. We are now deli
 ghted to continue the young people's version\, spe
 cially designed for young people\, a safe\, friend
 ly\, and fun space where they can learn about ADHD
 \, meet others with similar experiences\, and gain
  tools to thrive.</p>\n \n <p><strong>Our Aim</str
 ong></p>\n \n <p>To help young people understand t
 heir ADHD in a positive\, interactive\, and age-ap
 propriate way\, while boosting confidence and emot
 ional well-being.</p>\n \n <p>The workshop is led 
 by Tracey Bannister (Community & Outreach Worker)

 ver\, there is paid-for street parking on neighbou
 ring roads. The venue is close to St Margaret's tr
 ain station\, on many bus routes and close to Rich
