Michelle Rondeau is an Assistan t Headteacher in a large three form mainstream pri mary school\, and the Joint Trust Inclusion Lead a cross a number of schools. She has been a qualifie d class teacher for 15 years\, 7 of these have inc luded being a school SENCo within two different pr imary schools. Michelle has a Master’s in Educati on (Leadership and Management)\, NASENCo Award and has received accreditation from Nurture UK. She i s currently a 4th-year part-time Doctorate in Educ ation student at Kingston University\, researching class teachers' perspectives on metacognitive str ategies used in mainstream classrooms and how they support children with attention difficulties.
