Post diagnosis workshop Part 2 (for families living outside Richmond and Kingston)

Registration is closed for this event
Are you the parent of a newly diagnosed child or teenager? This virtual workshop is full of essential information that will help you navigate this time of discovery and learning.

Details: Post-diagnosis workshop

We have just opened up our popular post-diagnosis workshop to families outside of Richmond & Kingston Boroughs!

Our post-diagnosis workshops are devised in conjunction with the NHS to specifically address any questions you may have after the diagnosis of your child.

They give you the opportunity to learn about ADHD, treatments and how schools and other organisations can support your child.

The first session covers introductions, what ADHD is and the impact on Executive Functions. You will meet other parents who have also received a diagnosis for their child or young person.  Having a child with ADHD can be a very isolating experience, so knowing others are dealing with similar issues is often very welcome.

The second session covers the important and meaty topics of treatment and education, so do make sure you have registered for both dates. Where possible we try to keep the groups together so, please try to register for the second session in the same month.

The cost is £50 for both sessions. This is per family (so two parents wishing to attend should book a single place).
