Hello and what a historic week it was. A Prime Minister, for the first time, answered a question about ADHD (watch the video below).

12 June: Dr Agnew-Blais is the author of a Research Paper on sleep which states:

  • Children with ADHD had poorer sleep quality in young adulthood, but only if their ADHD persisted
  • ADHD and sleep problems in young adulthood were associated because of genetic  and nonshared environmental influences
  • Should ADHD remit, children with ADHD do not appear to have an increased risk of later sleep problems
  • Good quality sleep is important for multiple areas of functioning

15 June:  09.30 – 2.30 This one day introductory level course aims to provide an overview of the law relating to children and young people with SEN. The course will provide information on the law, guidance, policy and practice but also aims to enable participants to see how the law can be applied to support parents and young people with SEN. £10 per person
