Welcome to our community.

ADHD Embrace is a community-centred charity that, in the past twenty years, has made a real difference to the lives of children and young people with ADHD. We take a holistic approach supporting parents and carers, professionals and schools, as well as the young people themselves.

Alongside this website, where you can find up-coming events, there is a monthly newsletter packed full of tips, private Facebook forums for parents and carers, and teachers alike, and our family advice clinics. Our ADHD services also include expert-led specialist webinars for families and professionals, and courses or one-off workshops for parents and young people too. Our online resources include helpful articles, an ADHD handbook and useful links. And the digital video store gives you access to our growing catalogue of webinars.
