Raising money for us will help us provide the services that inform, educate and support children and families with ADHD. We serve thousands of families with our specialist webinars, meet-ups, clinics and workshops – help us continue our work! This is also a unique opportunity to run in one of London’s most picturesque river courses, along the Thames.
What do I have to do?
The cost of registration is £25. We would love you to aim to raise at least £50 using our platform.

Can my family come in?
All your family and friends can come and watch you for free along the course.
Do I have to be very fit?
This race is perfect for mixed abilities, from the serious club runner to you and me. However, it’s a 10 mile course, so that’s a little tougher than 10k (16 km). But the course is flat.
