Post-diagnosis session - Online

Are you the parent/carer/relative of a recently diagnosed child or teenager? If so, then our Post Diagnosis workshop provides you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of ADHD, it's impact on brain function and to explore holistic approaches for managing the condition, both medical and non-medical.

Having a child or young person with ADHD can be an isolating and challenging time, so meeting with other parents/ carers who are experiencing similar challenges can be supportive and encouraging.

Our post-diagnosis workshop is delivered by our Family Support Worker and is full of essential information to inform, help and empower you.

Following your attendance at this workshop, you can book a 1:1 Support Session. This will be tailored to your specific situation and child's needs and will signpost you to a range of online resources and suggestion.

There is a £10 registration fee for Richmond & Kingston Borough residents. For those out of Borough there is a fee of £50 for one parent and an additional £25 for a second parent.

To attend the Post-Diagnosis workshop and 1:1 Support Sessions you are required to register with us online, if you have already registered with us please login to your account.

Pricing & Assisted Places

We charge a modest amount for our courses in order to help us cover our costs, yet we also want them to be affordable to as many people as possible. We have a limited number of assisted places for those suffering financial hardship. To apply for an assisted place, please get in touch with us outlining your circumstances at jenny.c@adhdembrace.org
