This presentation explores the unique challenges women face with ADHD, from underdiagnosis through the impact of hormonal fluctuations to managing symptoms. The presentation aims to highlight how female physiological characteristics can influence the experience and management of ADHD. We’ll discuss strategies for better recognition, support, and empowerment of women living with ADHD.

About the speaker

Aga is a Neurodivergent Educator, drawing on practice and lived experiences to highlight intersectional factors impacting the effective recognition and support of female ADHD.
