Our Refresher webinar will be particularly helpful for parents who have completed the 'Calmer, Easier, Happier Parenting' six-week online course, whether recently or several years ago. Over time, it’s natural for some of the techniques to slip, especially as new challenges arise. The Refreshers provide an opportunity to revisit the core principles and tools, to ask questions and clarify areas of confusion, and to learn how to adapt the strategies to current situations at home or at school. The Refresher sessions also reinforce parents' confidence, motivation, and consistency, which are the foundations of lasting improvements in family life. For parents who have already been introduced to this approach, a Refresher session offers valuable support and guidance to stay on track.

The cost is £30 per parent.
