The club caters for people who can already do basic swimming and ideally, a swimmer should be able to swim at least 10 metres independently in deep water. Activities are tailored to improve swimmers’ aquatic skills & techniques as well as fitness. If required, a swimmer can take part in swimming activities with 1:1 support. For those swimmers who are up to it, there is the option to swim laps just like in a mainstream swimming club.
