As Operations Lead you’ll combine strategic planning with practical delivery, helping ensure ADHD Embrace’s growing programme of services runs smoothly and continues to evolve.
You could find yourself:
Planning future programmes months in advance before switching to coordinate the logistics for an upcoming event.
Working with clinicians to organise expert-led seminars.
Supporting courses and workshops for parents or young people.
Helping deliver ADHD awareness sessions for schools.
Coordinating advice clinics or informal community meet-ups.
Reviewing feedback from families to identify opportunities for improvement.
Working with colleagues to ensure services meet funding commitments while measuring the impact of every programme delivered.
Some days will involve problem-solving, others planning, others celebrating successful events alongside families and professionals.

Working as part of a supportive team
Although this is a leadership role, you’ll never be working in isolation.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Director while also being supported by an Operations Administrator, who will help with the smooth day-to-day running of services and events.
Together you’ll create an efficient, organised and responsive operation that allows the wider team and external providers to deliver exceptional experiences for families, schools and professionals.
