Advice Clinic’s are currently heavily subsidised for residents of Richmond & Kingston boroughs. There is a small non-refundable charge of £12.50 for those living in Richmond or Kingston boroughs and £75 for those living outside of Richmond and Kingston boroughs.

An Advice Clinic is a 50-minute online session per family followed up with a resource email containing links, additional information and signposting as discussed in the session. The session is specifically for parents, however:

  • Young people under 16 need to be accompanied by a parent and so typically seen as a joint session.
  • Young people 16 to 18 years old can attend with or without a parent.

Please note: If you are unable to attend your session, we require 24 hours’ notice by cancelling through the link sent on your confirmation email. Where a session is not attended, and no cancellation is received before 24 hours, Richmond and Kingston residents are required to fully fund the missed or cancelled session at £75. If you are based in other Boroughs and paid in full for your session, you are not entitled to a refund.

Our Advice Clinic will give you an opportunity to book a one-to-one meeting with our ADHD Advisor to discuss any support available through the charity and signposting to other services.

You must register with us to be able to access this funded service. If you have previously created an account with us, please login here and then you will be redirected back to this advice clinic request form.
