This workshop has been developed in response to numerous parents/carers seeking more information about supporting executive functions in our one to one advice clinics.
Workshop Content outline:
This workshop aims to:
- Explain the different executive functions and their connection with ADHD.
- Deepen parent/carer understanding of the behaviour relating to executive function challenges and ADHD.
- Provide practical experience-based strategies for supporting children and young people with executive function challenges and ADHD in relation to school and homework.
Venue:
The workshop will be held at AfC Training Centre, 53 Grimwood Road, Twickenham, TW1 1BY.
The venue is easily accessible by public transportation, located just a 5-minute walk from Twickenham Train Station, and serviced by several bus routes; however, please note there is no on-site parking available. Visitors are advised to use the local Waitrose Car Park.
