About the speaker

Minoushe Grant is an Educational, Child and Adolescent Psychologist.

Prior to pursuing and completing her doctorate in Educational, Child, and Adolescent Psychology, she spent her career working directly on the front lines of education as both a teacher and a senior leader.

Her doctoral thesis focused closely on school suspensions, which remains a core area of interest for her. Her wider professional passions and expertise also centre heavily on social justice and multiculturalism in education. Beyond her day-to-day practice, she sits on the National Executive Committee (NEC) as a member of the Association of Educational Psychologists (AEP).
