Post-diagnosis sessions

“Absolutely invaluable for me after my son’s diagnosis. I felt supported and listened to when I made contact.”

Are you the parent of a recently diagnosed child or teenager? If so, then our post-diagnosis workshop provides you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of ADHD, it’s impact on brain function and to explore holistic approaches for managing the condition, both medical and non-medical.

Having a child or young person with ADHD can be an isolating and challenging time so meeting with other parents/carers who are experiencing similar challenges can be supportive and encouraging.

Our post-diagnosis workshop is led by our Family Support worker and is full of essential information to inform, help and empower you.

Following your attendance at this workshop, you can book a 1:1 Support Session. This will be tailored to your specific situation and child’s needs and will signpost you to a range of online resources and suggestion.

There is a £10 registration fee for Richmond & Kingston Borough residents. For those out of Borough there is a fee of £50 for one parent and an additional £25 for a second parent.
