Teddington Torpedoes is a swimming club aimed at children, young people and adults who have learning difficulties. Typically, swimmers have autism, Downs or ADHD. The club caters for people who can already do basic swimming and ideally, a swimmer should be able to swim at least 10 metres independently in deep water. Activities are tailored to improve swimmers’ aquatic skills & techniques as well as fitness. If required, a swimmer can take part in swimming activities with 1:1 support. For those swimmers who are up to it, there is the option to swim laps just like in a mainstream swimming club.

Tennis at Teddington: the Teddington ESG Club offers:

  • Term-time club tennis group courses including LTA timed tennis matches
