We need our ADHD Embrace community to help the Kingston University scientists by answering a survey by parents/guardians who have at least one child in the household of primary school age. If you are one of the following, please help!
- They are the parent/guardian of a child.
- Their child is in their household.
- Their child studies in primary school.
- Their child is aged between 7-11 years old.
*Only the parent/guardian needs to answer the survey questions
