Public Health England – Produced an easy read and visual guide on Corona virus and hygiene. This was designed for places of education but applies equally at home. You can download it here.

Advice on positioning the virus in terms of danger

BBC News – Useful article to explain the virus and risks to children. Although it encourages them to take preventive measures and hygiene seriously, do not over-emphasise the seriousness of the risk to them as it can create unnecessary anxiety. Try and keep things factual and let them know that at home they are in a safe place if everybody follows the guidelines of social distancing and washing hands regularly.
